OPEN POSITION - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

 Job Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

Required to assist or complete resident activities of daily living according to the care plan/closet care plan for assigned residents.

Activities of daily living shall include but not limited to:

• Complete bathing of residents either by the bed, shower or tub.
• Helping residents get dressed or completely dressing residents unable to dress themselves
• Help residents who can use the toilet.
• Wash, clean, and keep dry, residents who are not able to use the toilet.

Qualifications of the Certified Nursing Assistant

• MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK
• Certification must be active and current with no findings as verified by the
• Certified Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Physical
• PPD
• MMR & Varicella
• Flu Vaccine
